Easy Living was a born from a desire to grow a portfolio of high end co-living spaces that tenants love to live in. We want our tenants to feel as though life is good and easy when they rent one of our rooms.

Our investors help us achieve this vision, and in return we help investors by providing them an opportunity to obtain better return on their capital. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and aim to build trusting and communicative relationships with investors to render bright returns.

Meet the team

Easy Living was founded by Thomas Rozycki and Isobel Ferris. They are a business partnering couple based in South East London.

They started investing in properties to create passive wealth to enable them to have freedom with their time.
​
Thomas has a decade of experience in the construction industry, delivering as the Lead Design Manager on multimillion pound projects in the residential and commercial office sector. He has worked with many private clients on residential refurbishment schemes.
​
Isobel has 5 years of experience in Project Management, leading teams and programs of work to deliver highly complex technical change for Health and Public Sector clients.
​
Their mission is to build a property portfolio of high end modern rooms that bring bright futures to their tenants and bright returns for their investors. They work towards a win-win-win for them and their clients.

We work with trusted builders to refurbish our properties in line with council HMO regulations

Refinance
We prepare for and manage the refinancing process, starting from the deal analysis through to the equity release

Buy
We purchase properties at below market value to convert them in to a 5-6 bed HMO

Rent
We have vigorous vetting processes to find single professional tenants

Repeat
We reuse the capital from the equity release to purchase another property
